Delete Your Account
- Open Womp.
- Go to Privacy settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Request a deletion code.
- Enter the code sent to your personal email.
- After confirmation, Womp hides your account from public and normal user-facing surfaces and starts a 30-day recovery window.
During the recovery window, you can log in and request a recovery code sent to your personal email. If you recover in time, Womp restores your account and eligible recoverable surfaces. If you do not recover, Womp may finalize deletion and the account may no longer be recoverable in the app.
Some restricted records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, disputes, audit, abuse prevention, service integrity, or backup retention.
Export Your Data
- Open Womp.
- Go to Privacy settings.
- Choose Export my data.
- Confirm the request.
- Womp sends an email to your personal account email with a link to an export file.
- The link expires after 7 days.
The export includes account and user-facing content data Womp can provide without exposing other users' private data, restricted safety records, security secrets, fraud signals, legal holds, or internal moderation notes.

If you cannot access your account, contact support@wompapp.com from the personal email connected to the account. Womp may ask for verification before acting on account requests.
