Terms Of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Overview

These Terms govern your use of Womp, operated by Womp Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using Womp, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Womp. You must provide accurate account information and complete required email and student/campus verification. Womp may deny, suspend, or remove accounts that are fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, or ineligible.

Account Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share your login, verification codes, or recovery codes. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Student Verification

Womp may require a school email or other verification to confirm campus eligibility. You may not use another person's school email, impersonate another student, or attempt to bypass eligibility checks.

User Content

You are responsible for what you post, upload, comment, report, or share. You grant Womp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote Womp. You keep ownership of your content.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Do not post recognizable faces, private spaces, or sensitive personal information without permission.

Privacy Controls And Anonymity

Womp offers privacy and name-visibility controls, but anonymity is not a license to harm people. Womp may retain nonpublic account, safety, location, device, and moderation records to operate the service, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Community Rules

You may not use Womp to harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, exploit, stalk, spam, defraud, promote violence, promote illegal activity, share nonconsensual intimate content, share sexual content involving minors, or reveal another person's private information or precise location.

Location And Events

Womp helps users understand approximate campus nightlife activity. Womp does not host, sponsor, verify, supervise, or guarantee any party or event shown in the app. You are responsible for your own safety, transportation, conduct, and compliance with law and campus rules. Do not trespass, enter unsafe locations, drive impaired, or rely on Womp as an emergency service.

Moderation

Womp may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report conduct when we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, violates law, or harms the service or community. We may use automated and human review.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in the app. Account deletion requires email-code confirmation, starts a 30-day recovery window, and may not remove records Womp is legally required or permitted to retain for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, security, legal compliance, disputes, audit, or abuse prevention.

Service Changes

Womp may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Womp is currently evolving and may contain bugs, outages, or incomplete features.

Disclaimers

Womp is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and safety of events or user content.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womp Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or event-related harm arising from use of Womp.

Termination

You may stop using Womp at any time. Womp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
