Account Help
Use support for login issues, email verification, school verification, account recovery, mistaken deletion, username/profile issues, and data export questions. Include your username, account email, campus, device type, app version if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Safety And Abuse
Report posts, comments, users, or unsafe behavior in the app whenever possible. For urgent safety issues, contact local emergency services first. Womp is not an emergency service.
For abuse reports that cannot be handled in the app, email abuse@wompapp.com with screenshots, usernames, approximate time, and a description. Do not include unnecessary private information.
Privacy And Legal
For privacy questions, account data requests, legal notices, or terms questions, contact legal@wompapp.com.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Privacy settings. Womp sends a confirmation code to your personal email before deletion starts. After confirmation, your account is hidden and scheduled for deletion, with a 30-day recovery window.
Data Export
You can request a data export in the app. Womp sends an email with a link to your export file. Export links expire after 7 days.
Expected Response Times
Womp will try to respond to support and privacy requests within a reasonable period. Safety, security, legal, and account-access issues may be prioritized.
